This fast growing global FMCG business is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to directly support the Marketing Director in building strategic direction & the NPD pipeline. With a team of three reports, you will be able to start immediately & hit the ground running with full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of brands, responsibility for the development of the communication platform, (specifically TV & digital), as well as responsibility for the development of the trading strategy, all at a global level. This is a newly created position & will initially be a contract role with a view to going permanent after a couple of months.
Our Ideal Candidate
You are likely to be either a heavyweight SBM ready for a move to Marketing Manager level, or you will already be a Marketing Manager looking for a new challenge. You will have worked for a UK FMCG manufacturer, providing you with a very strong experience of the UK mult grocery channel, specifically pricing & promotion strategy development. Classically trained, it would also be ideal if your experience spanned international markets where you might have had to manage third party distributors. Your previous experience must have been gained in a variety of sectors & categories, & you will demonstrate a real results driven ambition & collaborative approach. You must be flexible to start immediately.
